Occasionally your glasses might not fit perfectly when you first receive them. This is totally normal and means they just need a little adjusting. Similarly if you have been wearing your frames for some time, they may just need a little fine-tuning. If your frame doesn't quite fit right, we suggest bringing them to your local optical store. Most stores will make an adjustment for free, but others will charge a very small fee. If you do get charged, send us a photo of your receipt and we will reimburse you. If you are experiencing any of the following frame issues, they can be easily fixed with a quick adjustment -
• The frames are crooked or slip down your nose
• The frames are sitting too low on your nose
• The frames are too tight or loose behind your ears
• One lens is closer to your eye than the other
• The nose pads are pinching your nose or don't sit straight
• You feel pressure on the wrong points, e.g. on your temples (too tight, or too loose)
The reality of being a glasses wearer (prescription or not) means that you will inevitably need a frame repair service at some point. Luckily we have you covered. Simply download and fill out the form below and send it back to us, along with your frames. Repairs take 7-10 working days, after which we will send them back to you via tracked post. All prices below include repair, new packaging, and the return shipping to you.
