Returns + Exchanges

Oh no! So you've decided for some reason that your new specs just aren't quite perfect. Well don't worry, Ambr Eyewear will always do it's best to rectify any situation to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Whether you'd like to return or exchange your new glasses, then this is where you can find all the necessary information.

If you're a new glasses wearer, please give it a week to get used to it before considering a return. Sometimes it takes some time to adjust to a new prescription. If you’re having ongoing trouble, please do get in touch with us (support@ambreyewear.com) and we will do our best to figure out whats going on.
